How can I use my sump pump water to water my lawn?
I have a sump pump that runs out into my back yard. It pumps out about 2-4 times a day about 5-10 gallons of water each time. I would really like to know how to hook it up to some kind of device to use it as a sprinkler system of some sort to water my lawn or veggie garden? Any suggestions?

Seems to me you could just hook a flex tube to your sump pump and direct it where you wish. Ugly, but doable.
Another idea would be to hook a shorter flex tube to it, put a regular hose end on the flex tube and add a soaker hose that you can put wherever you wish. That could be the cheapest way out. You could move the soaker as you wished or leave it in one place.
Our builder hooked up our septic tank to a rainbird system, that automatically waters areas of the lawn … but we were told NOT to use it where we'd be planting fruit or veggies. I don't know HOW he hooked it up though:)
Wow, above answer, to get the drain field bound water into a sprinkler system would require a pump somewhere and a containment vessel……cistern……somewhere.
As for your sump pump, easiest would be to create a "rain garden" (you can google it to get more info). It is a depression within your yard where the water is directed. Usually it is water from runoff from the roof, but I don't see why sump pump couldn't also be directed there.
Plants for this area are higher water demanding plants or those that will withstand wet toes, er roots.
